TERMS:
A 50% deposit is required with each order. The balance is to be
prepaid or C.O.D, unless an in-house credit account has been
established.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS:
All orders will be acknowledged immediately. An
acknowledgement with a copy of the job layout and specifications
will be sent to the customer. Please notify us immediately of any
discrepancies. Once production begins, the customer will be
responsible for the order as it is shown on the acknowledgement.
SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped F.O.B. Alien Signs & Neon, Inc., Doral, Florida.
Our shipping department has a daily shipping schedule via UPS,
or carrier deemed most appropriate, unless you make a
particular request. Freight charges are not included in pricing.
CLAIMS:
Prior to shipment from Alien Signs & Neon, Inc.,all products are
carefully packaged and tested for proper operation by our Quality
Control staff. Please examine all products immediately upon
receipt. If there has been loss or damage in transit, call us at
once before the carrier leaves and make sure that the damage is
noted on the Bill of Lading, While we cannot accept responsibility
for shipping, handling, or unpacking, we will assist you in every
way possible in collecting claims for loss or damage in transit.
Defective products will be replaced promptly at no cost to you.
Claims for defective products must be made within 48 hours of
receipt.
CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES:
Should an order be cancelled or changed, the customer will be
liable for all production charges incurred up to that time.
WARRANTY POLICY:
All signs manufactured by Alien Signs & Neon, Inc. are guaranteed for
a period of 90 days from the date of shipment or of invoice,
whichever occurs first, to be free of defects in materials and
workmanship. Defective components will be repaired or replaced
during this period without charge, excluding shipping charges
(F.O.D. Alien Signs & Neon, Inc.) Manufacturer/Distributor's only
obligation shall be to replace such quantity of product proved to
be defective. Neither distributor, nor manufacturer, shall be liable
for any injury, loss, or consequential damage out of the use or
the inability to use the product. Before using,user shall
determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use
and user assumes all risk and liability in connection therewith.
Defective ballasts or transformers must be returned to
Alien Signs & Neon, Inc. for replacement. Only prepaid shipments will
be accepted.
For a warranty to be valid, purchaser must immediately notify
Alien Signs & Neon, Inc. of any defects before taking corrective
action. Warranty will be automatically voided for all work or
repairs made without authorization from Alien Signs & Neon, Inc.
